Anyone in Maryland have Blue Choice HMO??

Hello AMOS family! I am a pre-op waiting for my consultation date with my dr. I have Blue Choice, an HMO, of Maryland. Has anyone had any problems getting approved for the surgery?? If so, what have you had to do?? If not, what did you do? Thanks in advance! Looking forward to being on the "losing" side! :)
