Has anyone who works for GE having the PPO had the surgery?

I am trying to find out if there are any surprises that I need to be aware of. I am planning to have the surgery at the start of the year. However I am waiting for my insurance to change over to the ppo. I am just curious to know if anyone is familar with the insurance company.
