TX resident and need help with insurance issues

I am currently insured through my husband's employer through American Medical Security. I was wondering if anyone has ever gotten approved for the surgery, who was insured by this company. I was denied because it was excluded in the policy. I have been trying to get individual coverage, but everyone that I find is medically underwritten and they deny me coverage because of my height and weight. I can't seem to get coverage anywhere. I have tried to get a loan, but my credit is shot and no one will approve me for a loan. Does anyone have any ideas? I am desparate. I have done all the pre-op testing, I just have to come up with the money.
