PSYCH and NUTRITIONIST needed in Mass.??

Hi all! Hoping someone can HELP ... My surgeon does not provide a psych or nutritionist so I must find one SOON!! I am in Central Mass. but will travel to Boston area. I have Mass.Health/medicaid and have tried asking my PCP but she does not seem to understand why my surgeon doesn't provide this. If you know of anyone or a way to search for one,I would appreciate any info. Thanks!!! KELLY
