Has anyone ever heard of the Natl. Laparoscopic Obesity Surgery Team (ILOST)

The above organization is supposed to have surgeons trained in the lap-band obesity surgery in parts of Europe. I'm interested in Dr. Favretti of the University of Padua in Italy. Anyone ever heard of him and ILOST surgeons?
