falling down, now in hospital, 150lbs lost in 5mo.

My husband 30 yrs old weighed 436 preop,5 mo ago lost 150, now weighs 289. The prob. was he started to get weak, then began falling and couldn't get up no joke. We went to the Md's office two days ago and she admitted him to the hospital. The hospital ran eveytype of blood test and all labs came back normal. Today they did an MRI it came back normal also. He was not eating much protein before he started to get weak. I am lost and scared any body that knows what could be wrong back please let me know.
