This sounds strange, but is there such a thing as too much weight loss?

I am only 5 months out from lap rny. I started at 282lbs, and currently am at 177lbs, for a total loss so far of 105lbs. My question is that my weight is still coming off rather fast, and it has actually increased over the past few weeks. I always thought the last 20lbs or so came off much more slowly. Should I be concerned that I am still losing so fast? Don't get me wrong, I am grateful to almost be a goal at 5 months, but am concerned that I will keep losing for awhile cause my pouch hasn't been given enough time to stretch to the point where I will just maintain. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.
