NY - looking for surgeon willing to obtain ins. approval for payment

i had open rny 15 months ago and need to start my consults with plastic surgeons in the new york area.i have sagging and hanging skin all over but my first concern is my tummy and breasts.any one who can reccommend a plastic surgeon please feel free to contact me.
