I have ulcers and am on 150mg of Zantac, how will WLS affect?

I have ulcers from smoking, stress and pain meds. I also have reflux esophogitis(spl?) it is a ulcer on the bottom of my esophogus, what will happen to these after the surgery? will they become inflamed in the unused part of the stomach?
