How do I get back on track?
It will be 2 years on the 7th of Jan. Since I had my surgery, I have lost 142 pounds but still need to lose another 30 how do I get back on track to do this? I haven't lost anything in over 6 months, is this it? I am going crazy, do I have to go back to eating like I did when I first had my surgery? The throught of eating soup all the time is going to make me sick. I eat more then I think I should be, in fact I know I do, I can eat a whole happy meal, and sometimes I still don't feel full. I know I should never have started to eat the breads and pasta. If anyone can help please hurry, I really want to get the rest off. Thank you Terri
