I live in Oklahoma does anyone know of an individule policy ?

I need to take out an indivdule policy that will cover surgery and of course after care. If anyone knows of an Insurance Co. In Oklahoma that does this and also knows how long it will take I would greatly apprecaite it. Thank you!!
