I am three and 1/2 months post-op and my face is breaking out like I was a teenager.

Has anyone else experienced a change in their complexion after surgery? My face is a mess. Could it be the effects of the anesthetic or the change in diet - does my face miss all the fat I used to consume? Help, I'm too old to have teenage skin.
