Has anyone stabilized and then started losing again???/

I'm over three years post-op and my weight stabilized a year after surgery. My orginal goal was to lose 140lbs. and I lost 110lbs. I thought that the book was closed. But, I started following the instructions for making maximum use of one's pouch and I've lost 5lbs. in the last month. That 5 pounds is acutally the 5 that I have regained in the past two years. My question to the long time post-ops is.....Has anyone else stabilized for a considerable period of time and the "gone back to basics" and lost more weight???
