does anyone have a large lump in their incision line?

I asked my surgeon about it and he examined it and said he was not sure what it is and that he does not think it is anything to worry about. If it was a (?) it would evenually rise to the surface and burst(leak) . It has leaked but still there and feel uncomfortable. He also said it might be my body's way of dealing with trauma of surgery since I have another one n a diffferent area,I thought it was a hernia but not.
