Has any had ins pay for upper arm surgery?

Help! I've just been diagnosed with Batwing Deformity....aka... flabby upper arms. After losing 130 pounds, that's my problem area. I admit to be a very vain person and I admit that I had this surgery so that I would look better. I look great. But I can't wear sleeveless clothes and that's a real bummer. Can anone think of any medical justifications for surgery? Has anyone had it? How much did it cost? This inquiring mind wants the whole story because if my insurer won't cover it, I'll have get a second job and save up.
