lap-band adjustment

I need a DR in the Portland, OR - Vancouver, WA area that can adjustment my lap-band for me,(a fill). Dr Fox in Seattle said it was buried too deep and couldnt find it and said I would have to go to a the hospital there at a cost of $800, but he doesnt even take a x-ray to see if he can find it like other Drs do. Can anyone help me? Ann
