I am beginning to have severe physical, as well as hygiene, problems

and my ability to work is becoming more and more strained. My surgery will not be scheduled until sometime in July but I need to be able to make other arrangements concerning work. I cannot afford to be without a paycheck for several months but was wondering if anyone else had these problems and what they did about it. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks.
