Who has had ER GB removal and WLS at the same time?

My gallbladder is full of stones and causes problems quite often. I am approved for wls and will have my gb out too. If I have to have emergency gb surgery will they go ahead and do wls at that time? or how can I get my scheduled surgery to be sooner so I don't have to withstand these severe attacks?
