Do others have problems with alot of diarhea?

I am in the restroom all the time especially if I have eatten gravy or something greasy. Also can they eat pizza. The breaded items fill me up so fast and the greasy stuff tends to make me sick. I still can't drink milk not even with lactate pills, what to do as I love milk?
