Has anyone ever had BC/BS (BLUECHOICE HMO) pay for wls?

I am scared to death that my insurance company will not pay for the surgery! I've had nothing but negative responses from individual emails and my previous surgeon. Anyone with something positive to say...I'm am really interested in what you have to say.
