It's open enrollment at General Motors all our choices are HMO's now what?

We have been waiting for open enrollment through General Motors. Now we were told that Blue Traditional is not open to us this year for some reason. Blue Care Network-HMO is available to us has anyone dealt with them, how are they, & what do you need to do to get aproved. If that's possible. I have not had luck with HMO'S(Care Choices). Wish me luck.
