9 Months post op 122lbs down Pregnant! Can any one tell me what to expect?

I have wanted to have a baby for a long time and while obese wasn't getting pregnant. Now just confirmed I'm Pregnant! I want to be extremly happy but scarred about weight gain or not getting enough nutrition for a Pregnancy has any one got pregnant after RYN if so can you give any info that can be helpful? thank you
