Why can't I get past the 200lb mark???
I had lap rny 11/12/99 at a starting weight of 315. For the last month or more I have gone from 200 to 210 over and over and over. I cannot seem to break the 200 lb mark. I don't eat anymore than before, I drink 2 to 3 liters of water everyday, no soft drinks, milk or juices. I get up every morning at 5:00 and do 45 minutes on the treadmill and do a body toning or step class four nights a week after work. (started this about 2 mos ago) It seems as soon as I quit drinking cokes and started to exercise more than I ever have in my entire life, I can't lose weight. I just had my 6 mo blood work done and everything was normal. I just don't understand why I can't lose anymore. I am 5'9" and need to lose at least 60 lbs more, mostly in my butt, legs and hips, and I thought the exercise and water drinking would help. What am I doing wrong? Any advice would be appreciated. This is REALLY geting me down and depressed.
