I'm 5 weeks post op RNY. Why is my belly button hurting?

Not only does my belly button hurt but I previously i had a c-section "10 yrs ago" and under my belly button became brused and sore what is this from? also how long will it take to heal my surgery area still hurts when i twist or bend over. anybody have any clues could you fill me in? thanks.... down 32 lbs
