I had surgery for acchalasia of the esophogus in 1982 with a nisson fundoplication

My question is since I already had the nisson fundoplication can I still get the surgery? I still have a problem with acid reflux probably because of my weight. I am a 40 yr old male who weighs close to 400 lbs. and I have tried every diet out there. I need help!!!
