Breast pain pre op

I have been to two doctors after my last mamagram Jan 05 I have had breast pain. One doctor thought I had an infection and when I seen a specialist I was told I have scar tissue. It is a terible burning pain and feels like jello inside my left breast. Mamagram and Sonogram are 100% OK I am wondering if after my surgery will my breast feel better? It certainly hurts a whole lot now and I am two weeks per op.... Thanks Cheryl
