Dumping on Fats
Is dumping on fats any different physically than dumping on sugars? I think I dumped on some sour cream (had a small stuffed baked potato, only fat source was sour cream--low fat was not an option at that moment), but the dumping actually occurred 3 hours after I ate the offending food. Anyway, 3 hours after eating I felt the old dumping feeling, but it had been 3 hours since I had eaten any calories. Sugar, I dump within 15 minutes.
