How do you deal with all the compliments?

Don't get me wrong I love all the compliments but especially at work I get comments like "you're melting away" called skinny etc all night long. It just seems a little akward. Saying thank-you just seem like enough and when people call me skinny or whatever it's awkward because at 190 pounds I know I am not skinny. Compared to 284 I look much better but no where near skinny.
