I lost 27 lbs the 1st month in the past 6 weeks only 5 lbs.
I feel a bit disapointed I know 35 lbs in 2 1/2 months is great. but I was hoping to be one of the ones that lost 60 lbs in 2 months. I sometimes wonder if Im eating too much. I eat 1/3 - 1/2 cup of food per meal. I watch the fats and excersise 4-5 days a week its just so slow the past 6 weeks will it speed up. and am I eating too much. I drink 75 grams of protein a day also
