almost 2 years post op - now have pain when I eat solid food

I will be 2 years post op in April. About 1 1/2 weeks ago I woke up with pain in the center of my abdomin. I ended up going to the ER that night only to have them tell me nothing could be found. I was re-admitted the following Tuesday with severe pain. They ran all kinds of tests, only to determine nothing seemed wrong. As long as I do not eat solid food, it is fine. I do not have a gallbladder or apendix. I was wondering if anyone else this far out from surgery had experienced this? They have ruled out a blockage, as everything is passing though normally.
