Fat percentage versus weight question
I am 22 months out. I have what I think is an interesting question to pose. I currently weigh about 182 pounds. I have lost 180 pounds. I have been weight lifting and doing cardio vascular exercise 5-6 days a week for an hour a day. Recently, I had my fat percentage performed. When I first had it done (14 months ago) it was 44.7. This time is was 21.2 percent. For my age, weight and sex I am now in the athletic zone. However, I am still considered overweight. I will need to weigh 164 before I am in the normal range. I have lots, and I mean lots of loose skin on my legs. I can feel lots of muscle underneath, and I have lots of definition on my arms. Do you think this has to do with the hanging skin? Anyone else have this issue? Thanks in advance.
