Are you tempted to tell obese strangers about WLS?

Because I am so happy with the results of my WLS, I am often tempted, though I resist, to share my story with perfect strangers..obese people I see in the grocery store or in the cafeteria at work. I look at them and think how unhappy they must feel, and how I was once them. Anyone else tempted to talk to perfect strangers about their WLS? I often think they may be receptive to my approach, but then again, I don't want to embarrass them.
