This is embarrassing but I have a question

A few days ago, I noticed that my "butt" area had a large round hard spot. To be grossly to the point, it alomst feels like I am constipated and there is a large blockage that can not come out. I have been to the bathroom so I do not think that is the problem. It feels about the size of 21/2 to 3 inches in diamater. It does not hurt. I am kind of worried. Do you have any idea what it could be?
