Does anyone know of a surgeon in the Chicago/NW IN area who does MGB?

Does anyone know of a surgeon or bariatric center in Northwest Indiana or the Chicago area that does the MGB procedure? It seems like a great procedure and I know that there's some controversy surrounding it but all the post-op patients I'v communicated with had no problems. And all did quite well. Any input would be welcomed.
