BC/BS PMD at Maples in Scottsboro AL

I started working at Maples in Scottsboro, AL about a month ago. I was wondering if anyone who works there has been approved for surgery. I won't get my insurance info for another month, and not knowing anything is driving me crazy. Anyone with BC/BS PMD, but especially anyone from Maples, could really help me out. Thanks.
