Six small meals versus three larger ones?
I have noticed that different doctors recommend different types of eating patterns. My doctor recommends eating two or three meals a day, with no snacking in between. However, I have noticed other posters saying they eat many small meals during the day. I think I would prefer the small meals more often. Which is the best? I am 10.5 months out, and I do eat a snack in between meals occasionally, but I would just like the opinions of others, and how they feel it has affected their weight loss and eating habits. I am thinking about changing to the smaller meals, as most health professionals think this is the better route for all people to eat (not just WLS). Thanks.
