I did a bad thing and am VERY afraid I won't be approved!

I've had my current insurance since September 1st, 2001. When I was filling out the application, my boss was standing behind me (making me very nervous, by the way), waiting for me to hand it in. I wrote my weight down as much lower than it is, I was afraid he would see. Am I doomed to denial? Or will my pre-authorization paperwork from the surgeon's office be more important. In my defense, I really had no idea how much I weighed, although I knew it was more than I wrote down. Help!! I'm scared to death!
