Anyone denied then got another Ins CO. as secondary ins. to cover it?

I was denied WLS because of policy exclusion"will not cover any charges for WLS or WL due soley to overeating". Have already been to Attorney General, NO help, am dealing with Company Ins. director now...Lining up alternatives. thinking about getting another Insurance ?
