I am 58 years old. Are there others in my age group that have had surgery?

I have two fears. One of them is that my skin will just hang. The other fear is that the way I have eaten for so long will I be able to adjust to a new and healthy eating plan. I would love to hear from anyone around my age. This is my last hope and I am so excited at the possibility of having a different life.
