What does it mean when the urine is bright yellow?

I'm 6 months post-op and down 80pds, but when I urinate it's really bright yellow. I drink a lot of water I don't burn when I go. I'm hoping it's fat that's coming out of my body. Wishful thinking I bet any suggestions.
