What kind of pain would I have if my pouch was stretched or I had a leak in it?

I am 6 months post-op and I have this pain where my pouch is. It hurts when I eat and when I don't eat anything. I have lost 74 pds and I am scared that something is wrong. I'm not getting in all my 700-1200 calories a day and I have real bad headaches and toothaches. I just don't know what to do any suggestions.
