How can I get in more proteins and other foods that I need?

I am 6 months post-op and down 74pds. I know that I should be at my 100pd. mark now as large as I was. I started out at 334 before my surgery. I don't eat nearly enough to lose the amount of weight that need to lose before my 12-18 month period. I exercise 3-4 times a week andI walk. But my biggest problem is I'm not eating enough. I drink my water and alot of it. Any suggestions on how I can bring myself to eat more? I try to eat my proteins, vegetables fruits, everything that I'm suppose to eat. Just not that much and if I force myself to eat I get sick. Should I get some protein shakes to add to my meals each day? Because the weight is not coming off like it is suppose too and I know it is because I'm not eating all the calories that I should be eating. Anyone please help!!!!!!
