Texans who work for H.E.B., Did United health care pay for surgery?

Does anyone work for H.E.B. (TEXAS) and have United health insurance? Did they pay for surgery ? I have been denied by my insurance twice, but I will get on my husband's HEB if they'll pay. Thank you!!!
