Is it normal?

I was on antidepressants before surgery for depression. And I am now 4 months post-op and really, really depressed. my medicines doesn't seem to be working anymore. I have an appointment with my doctor on Friday. I am also mooooody very moody. I take my medicines everyday could my medicines not be working as well because of the surgery? I can't really enjoy the the weight that I have lost because I am always so much more depressed I need help.
