Does anyone of a hospital that will do the surgery on someone without insurance?

Either in Louisiana, Texas, or Arkansas does anyone know of a hospital that would do surgery on someone without insurance. My mother needs the surgery done she has high blood pressure, heart trouble, her kidneys are going and she's a diebedic and she has had cancer twice. Any suggestions would be helpful.
