Information needed

I am working with my doc to develop a support informational that I will give to all his patients post-op (while they are still in the hospital. I am working together with him to develop a support system that starts the 1st post op day I will be meeting with the doc in the next weeks or so to present a plan Please email me all diet suggestions, eating out suggestions, do and don't suggestions if he gave you a medical sheet to use if you need to go to the er as in what the er would need to know. Cards to present at restruents when you go out to eat anything that will help even pre-op suggestions. I am 1 yr post op and know what he likes and wants but would love to be able to offer and incorperate other suggestions (also sorry for any spelling mistakes I am trying to do this with a massive sinus headache) Thanks for all you help If this meeting goes as well as I hope The doc is going to try to talk to the hospitals so it will be come a paid postion. I will also hold 2 support groups a pre-op support which will be a requirement before surgery and a post-op that will be a 12 week group then they will graduate to the big support group that is offered the major hospital.
