Urine. Has anyone else noticed a very strong odor in their panties? (Sorry to be so gross.)

I am 3 months postop and continue to have an odor that I only notice when I am going to the bathroom. It is rather like a very strong urine smell, and yet is a bit different. I would be embarrassed if I were married or had a boyfriend and they smelled it. If you have heard of this could you please email me and let me know the reasons, and cures? Thanks for your help.
