New Job -- have choice of KAISER HMO and LIFEGAURD HMO

I am post-op as of 3/6/200 (RNY Distal). I know that I will need to have the apron of skin on my torso removed when I am closer to goal. I am relocating to the SF Bay area for a new job. They give a choice of Lifegaurd HMO and Kaiser HMO. Does anyone hae info on whether these companies allow reconstructive surgery like a tummy tuck, once the need arises? I have found little on this site re: Lifegaurd, and ALL I have heard of Kaiser was TERRIBLE! Any help is greatly appreciated! I have to decide very soon. Please write? I am [email protected]
