Am I being too overanxious about this?

The official letter of request from my doctor, Dr. John Kellum of the Medical College of Virginia was sent to my insurance company one week ago. The insurance is Trigon Blue Cross/ Blue Sheild, a PPO. Does anyone have any information about this type of insurance that you can share with me. I am trying to not get nervous or over excited about this wait game but now I do not know what to expect. If you have any advice or support I would certainly like to hear it.
