HELP - I think I am pregnant at 4 months post-op!

I never thought this would happen to me in a million years. I am four months post-op and got a positive pregnancy result. I could cry. Anyone wants a baby. They are a gift from God but my surgeon said you can't get pregnant the first year. It can harm the baby. I can't have an abortion yet I also don't want an malformed child due to my own fault. Can anyone please lend me an ear, advice, a prayer? I have always wanted to be thin and this surgery has been a Godsend but to now think that I can harm a child has me so utterly depressed. Please help. I appreciate any comments. Thank you.
